Recycling cannot thrive on good intentions alone. It needs participation.
Recycling Needs Demand
Recycling only works if people use recycled materials. Without demand, the system slows down and usable materials end up in landfills.
Using Recycled Isn’t Wasteful
Choosing a recycled card, sticker, or calendar supports the system that keeps paper in circulation instead of creating demand for brand new material.
Keeping the Loop Turning
Recycling cannot thrive on good intentions alone. It survives when people actively choose products made from recycled fibers.
Recycled Means Everything Here
I use 100% recycled paper in everything I possibly can.
That includes:
- Greeting card cardstock
- Planner and notebook pages
- Printed shipping labels
- Rigid mailers and packaging materials
- Packing slips and receipts
If it can be made from recycled paper, I choose the recycled version.
The cardstock I use, typically 60 to 100 lb weight, has a soft natural texture with tiny flecks that hint at its past life. It is sturdy enough to display, cozy enough to write on, and fully recyclable when its job is done.
Even Stickers Have a Recycled Option
Most stickers in the world are plastic based. I offer a plastic free sticker option made from recycled paper for customers who want something fully paper based.
It has a beautiful matte finish, is recyclable, and avoids introducing new plastic into the system.
Because sustainability is not just about what looks good on a product page. It is about the full lifecycle of what we choose to make and ship.
Frequently asked questions
Is recycled paper lower quality?
No way! The 100% recycled cardstock I use is sturdy, smooth to write on, and made to last. It has a soft, natural texture and might have tiny flecks that reflect its past life, but it is not flimsy or fragile.
Does using paper still harm the environment?
Any physical product has impact. The goal is not perfection, it is reduction. Using 100% recycled paper reduces demand for new raw fibers and supports a system that keeps materials in circulation instead of in landfills.
Are your products recyclable after use?
Yes! Most paper products can be recycled again after you are done with them. I avoid plastic coatings whenever possible so they can continue through the recycling loop.
What makes recycled paper different?
Recycled paper is made from previously used paper that is turned back into pulp, cleaned, and pressed into new sheets.
It gives existing fibers another life instead of requiring new trees to be harvested.
Is recycled paper more expensive?
Sometimes, yes. I choose it intentionally because environmental responsibility matters more to me than maximizing margin.
