You can make changes to your order at any time before it is fulfilled directly from your order status or account pages.
Once an item has shipped I'm not able to make any changes.
Yes, I will take any physical, non-personalized items back as a return for a full refund if received within 30 days.
Custom and digital items are not eligible for a refund or return.

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. I’ll make it right.
Luckily, the recycled rigid mailers I use to ship items have a very good track record of your items arriving in great condition.
Most items are made to order or produced in small batches. Orders typically ship within 1 business day.

Shipping worldwide is a little complicated right now, so shipping within the US is usually a lot easier (and less expensive).

All paper goods are printed on recycled and FSC-certified stock.
Orders are shipped in recycled rigid mailers or minimal, low-waste packaging.
I choose materials intentionally and avoid overproduction by working in small batches or made-to-order runs.
Most of my stickers come in a few different durability options to align with how you want to use them.
"Indoor" tier is plastic-free and made of recycled paper which is not water proof. Paper stickers are better suited for journals and planners.
Other options (Outdoor & Dishwasher Safe) are water resistant. Vinyl stickers are water-resistant and durable for laptops, water bottles, and daily use.
